Based on randomized control trials the average weight loss with semaglutide over 20 weeks was 10.9% of baseline body weight with increased and sustained weight loss over 52 weeks [1]. Two randomized trials in adults with obesity demonstrated mean losses of 15 to 21% body weight with the highest dose of tirzepatide (15 mg weekly) over 72 weeks but weight loss was observed at every dose level [2].

Getting Started is Easy!

Check your eligibility by clicking the “Am I Eligible?” buttons on the page and filling out the form. We will contact you via email if you are eligible for our plans and provide a link for purchase, lab orders if necessary, and your telehealth appointment. Schedule an appointment date that allows for bloodwork if you haven’t had blood drawn within the last year.

Complete HIPAA compliant medical forms (sent via email) detailing family and medical history, current medications, prior weight loss attempts, upload ID and lab results. Obtain blood work prior to your telehealth visit to avoid delays in prescriptions.

Meet with your medical provider. Discuss your intake form, lab results, and all options for medical weight loss. Then, obtain your prescriptions, if appropriate.

Receive your scheduled medication in the mail directly from the compounding pharmacy.

This is just the beginning of a beautiful relationship! We continue to follow up with your progress and make adjustments as needed.
